Evangelism

Jesus Among Secular Gods

Ravi Zacharias and Vince Vitale defend the absolute claims of Christ against modern belief in the "secular gods" of atheism, scientism, relativism, and more. The rise of these secular gods presents the most serious challenge to the absolute claims of Christ since the founding of Christianity itself. The Christian worldview has not only been devalued and dismissed by modern culture, but its believers are openly ridiculed as irrelevant. This study challenges the popular "isms" of the day, skillfully pointing out the fallacies in their claims and presenting compelling evidence for revealed absolute truth as found in Jesus. This book is fresh, insightful, and faces head-on today's most urgent challenges to Christian faith. It will provide Christians with the knowledge to articulate why they believe Jesus stands tall above all other gods.
Book cost $12.00

7 sessions - Facilitated by Frank Courmier

Scripture & Doctrine

Psalm 23: The Shepherd with Me

Many women know Psalm 23 by heart but haven’t experienced its power in their lives. It is more than a psalm that comforts in death; it gives confidence in life! In this seven-session video-based Bible study, you will: 1) experience the depths of God’s care for you tucked in the psalm you’ve always loved; 2) discover how to let your guard down and let God’s presence be your confidence, and 3) learn that your vulnerability is not a liability because your Shepherd made you to need Him.
Book cost $12.00 - For women only
Begins Sunday, March 10, at 4:30 p.m.
7 sessions - Facilitated by Kay Davidson and Dawn Deare

Christian Living

The Parent Adventure

Parenting problems start when parents raise children based on their personal experiences growing up instead of using the Bible as the timeless, authoritative guide. Although seemingly painful at first, the parental attitude of “letting go” must begin intentionally at birth, keeping in mind that each child’s life is more about knowing God than anything else. With this outlook established, the future-focused mom and dad will move more joyfully through each stage in the adventure of parenting.
Book cost $10.00
Begins Sunday, March 10, at 4:30 p.m.
7 sessions - Facilitated by Barbara Accardo
For parents of young children - limited to 12 families

Disciples Path: The Mission

Students will explore Christ's incarnation in the world, His mission for the world, and His death to save the world. They will also examine their responsibilities as disciples: called to die with Christ, to go with Christ as individuals, and to go with Christ as a community to advance His kingdom in our world.

Tell Someone

Greg Laurie shares biblical principles you can apply yourself. Taken from the life and witness of Jesus, and tested over Greg’s forty years of ministry, in both one-on-one experiences and evangelistic events, these ideas are intended to mobilize every person in the church to “Tell Someone” about Jesus Christ.

Jesus Among Secular Gods

Belief in the secular gods of atheism, scientism, pluralism, humanism, relativism, and hedonism continues to grow.
